We blend on Mondays!
All orders are preorders for our upcoming Monday blends. We do not keep stock of any of our gels as we want our customers to receive the freshest products.
We ship, deliver and offer pick up Tuesday-Friday
Once made, the gels being shipped go into the freezer to ensure non-spoilage during shipping. The remaining gels stay refrigerated until delivery/ pick up.
Shipping is a two day process and all orders for that blend will go out by the end of the day on Friday.
Return Policy
If you have any issues with your order, please contact us by emailing highvibe_seamoss@mail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If we determine there is something wrong with the product we are happy to resolve the issue. Please note that due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns and all sales are final.
If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us BEFORE your item(s) are shipped. Once your item(s) are shipped, there are no changes or refunds that can be issued.
Shipping Policy
Due to the nature of sea moss gel, we only ship our gel orders Tuesday-Thursday in order to maintain the freshness and quality of your order.

Please allow 1-10 business days for your order to be processed.
